Gary Chappell first opened the doors of Chappell’s Seafood Market at 2723 Broadway in 1985. It was his dream and desire to provide fresh seafood to Fort Wayne.
The convenience of ordering fresh seafood became such a great success that the ability to order a meal at the counter became a necessity. Within a year the restaurant evolved into a full service establishment.
